This is inspired by a visit to my brother, who lives in rural Cambridgeshire and keeps bees. We did this together, growing up, but its harder to do in South London than in Ely so Im content to follow him as he tends to the hives. They are truly fascinating to watch (though not too closely) and these cufflinks pay homage to these mysterious insects. The grid of hexagons is broken up with a worker bee, perhaps laden with pollen. Rhodium plate and enamel.
